Maison Paradiso at Kings Weston House

Early in 2014 we hosted two events at Kings Weston House under our in-house events brand, Maison Paradiso. Kings Weston House is a Grade 1 listed stately home designed by John Vanborough, who also designed Blenheim Palace, in 1712.

The events were inspired by our love of architecture and interesting spaces. We seized the opportunity to breathe life into various rooms of the stunning building with spectacular entertainment that would do justice to the spaces. The events took on a high-end but bohemian feel; infusing the glamour and opulence of the place with the decadence and revelry of the party.

Over the two events, the entertainment we created included a pop-up restaurant; an extravagant “Gin Palace” cocktail bar; a cinema; an aerialist descending on a rope from a 300 year old floating stair case; a salon where guests were invited to “play cards with fate” and projection mapping that illuminated the entire frontage of the building with beautiful shapes and colours.
